copy field to stack of unknown name

PS I also  tried this in the main stack

global tStackName, tFileName

and a button that had

on mouseUp
   copy field "TextField" of stack "Armbase Database Designer" to card 1 of 
stack "tFileName"
end mouseUp

  and didn't get any luck with this either
