Ask & Answer

I don't think you can have ask & answer dialog boxes on OS X without  
icons... you could always code your own and use modal dialogs, but I  
think you need to use icons for some weird reason (maybe apple hig...).

just change gAppIcons gobal props to your own...  (this will also  
affect your standalone file icon!)
