Rev crash w/ DB Query Builder

Did the same thing for me....and generated a crash report which 
unfortunately did not copy properly to the clipboard, so I can't paste 
it here :-(

In my case I simply had a new mainstack, single button with no script 
and followed your recipe, Frank--with a resultant unceremonious, 
unannounced exit from the IDE.
