Protocol Handlers

Thought some might find this article interesting- the context is 
protocol handlers in KDE / Linux, but it raises my eyebrows when I 
think of URL support in Rev. We already have support for some of these 
things in non-URL form- does anyone else think it would be cool to 
expand the URL syntax for Rev like this?
