Windows standalone icon

In addition:

..."Revolution 2.5/Sample Icons/genericapp.ico" is the path under the 
Windows selection of the standalone builder. Also check the Sample 
Icons folder is in the Revolution folder. Otherwise try the 'Use none' 
option or the 'Choose..." option to select a valid icon to use for the 
stack.
