Windows: Natively playable media

I had great success with the following fileformats on windows wiothout 
QT:
HINT: in a player object!

Sounds:
AU, WAV, AIF

NO! WMA or any windows streaming formats!

Video:
MPG, AVI (even DivX)

Again NO! video streaming formats!
