ControlsBrowser b9 release finally available

- Finished the filters module
- Fixed geometry problems
- Fixed the properties menus positioning
- Fixed the fonts
- Added Icons
- Added autoenabling of buttons in views given selections

Not mentioned in about box:
- the custom props are not finished... The preview works but not the
editing...
- added a per background/card navigator for controls (view menu)
- Not all options in the options were tested!

Im quite psyched about this one, it's running smoothly finally!
