OS X standalone: Database library not found(?)

Hi All,
I'm having probs with my OSX standalone not finding the db lib for a 
connection to a mysql database. In development it's fine, the dbmysql 
file is in the package, but the app is errorring when trying to 
connect.
I just updated to OSX 10.3.6 - is this the reason?
