Revolution 2.2.1... more trouble than it's predecessor?

The new update is really screwed up. It seems to have made matters worse.

My substack "Prefs" no longer launches from the Edit menu. It appears that
both the main and substack have the same stack ID. Hmm...

Also when I close the .rev stack, 2.2.1 quits with an error everytime.

It also is raising a script alert on some of my scripts which worked fine on
lesser versions.

Am I alone (W2k) here?

As well, I had to download the .zip from the ftp site to get it installed.
The .exe installer  couldn't find the revolution 2.2.1.msi file in my temp
folder, but it's plainly there, just the folder is mis-named???

Maybe my W2k system is "out-of-order" to a point???

Any thoughts?.
