Using BLOB in Rev2.1 & MySQL 4.1

Hi,

I am new to Runtime Revolution and I am working on a project for my school.
I would like to use Revolution to insert and retrieve small (65 x 65 pixels)
images in a MySQL database.  I have searched the archives and came up with
posts by Jan Schenkel on the topic.  Jan provides a step by step method, but
I could not make it work.  Any ideas, suggestions, examples?

I am using Rev 2.1, OS X 10.2 and MySQL 4.1
