Code for Scrolling the objects in a card

Hi developers,

I've been experimenting with moderated
success with the scrollbar object and
code to scrolling all the controls in
a card. Looks like scrollbars code are 
tricky everywere:

It's my first try in this task.
Notice, i'm interested only in Vertical scrolling,
not Horizontal scroll.
