Equivalence of Color names to RGB

Another thought.  These might meet some standard.  I didn't see a 
standard mentioned in the doc, but who knows?  Maybe RunRev will 
confess to using a standard.

Idea 3:  Set the foreColor of text in a field and then look at the 
htmlText.  You should be able to figure out how to parse that to make a 
table with all colorNames().

Idea 4:  There is a color names palette in the docs and it shows the 
RBG value.  Maybe you can figure out how RunRev does it.
