So If I take the guts of a G5 and put them into a new Dell box and then 
post a "hoax-site" spoof on a fan-zine website will it cause thousands 
of hits for my new product roll-out?

This spoofing has its drawbacks or negative side to it but look at the 
traffic caused in just a few days.
