The problem was that when I selected *enabled* menu items (i.e. they 
weren't greyed out), no menuPick message was being passed to my code.  
Seems like a bug in RunRev.

And if what you're saying is true, then the right solution should 
probably be that MenuBuilder shouldn't allow me to select the 
"disabled" checkbox on the Help menu.
