set BottomLeft coords do not coincide with property inspector's coords

Hi,

Something that puzzles me (or I did not read the transcript language 
dictionary well) is that when I set a field's co-ordinates with set 
BottomLeft .. that the actual BottomLeft co-ordinates of the field placed, 
when checked with the Property inspector, are different.
What can be the cause of this?
