TENTATIVE CONCLUSION:
(note the lifted-from-RunRev-scripts format)

development:
video is another big concern, so if the hinge
and logic board problems are solved then the
g4 ibook might be easiest. the $1100 price
puts it out of ScottRossi's danger zone!

standalone:
the users will be mainly on windows.
first hand familiarity with the operating
system is bound to be a huge plus on site.
and judging from the list, there are ALWAYS
some cross platform issues.

another tough call.
