Hi Richard,
I have a stack that reads POP mail. I have been tidying it up for
release but if you want to play with a pre-release version, just email
me off-list and I'll send it to you.
It connects to your POP server, downloads any emails and saves them as
text files. Any attachments are saved as part of the email in their
encoded form and I haven't yet written any scripts to decode them as I
don't need that yet, but you might still find it useful.
