ODD open stack behavior

here's a trick
a little preopenstack script like

on preopenstack
get the time
 pass openstack
end preopenstack
(do the same with preopencard just in case)

debug the get the time line
and trace to see if there is not another stack that is 
intercepting or overiding your open stack behavior...

still hoping...
