Rev on ICQ ?

hehe.. why are you looking at me?!  while i have thought of writing an 
AIM/ICQ/MSN library i don't actually use any of those services so i'd 
have no idea if anything actually works ;-)

on the other hand, many years ago i had started working on a chat/file 
client/server made completely in rev, using it's own protocol, to allow 
for a single source of information, files and real-time chat.. currently 
the protocol is undergoing a major overhaul to allow for a plug-in 
architecture and unicode..
