are image objects moveable?

I think we recently had this very discussion...  I, too, have a hard time
letting go of 'on mouseStillDown' but I'm fairly certain I recall having
it explained that this approach ties up the processor and that the new
'grab' (?) command is preferable.

Do I recall wrong?
