Using Md5Digest on stacks loaded in memory

A better, "off-the-shelf" solution for verification of the stacks would 
be to create detached signatures with a system such as GPG (a free 
download), which can then be verified with a public key.

This way, you'd have a "proven" cryptographic signature generated 
against the entire file which could be used to verify its authenticity, 
rather than dealing with a subset of the file (one or more custom 
properties or scripts).
