Perhaps setting the systemWindow property on the main stack of an 
Revolution standalone will get you much of the way there.  The window 
can be an odd shape, too.

If the position of the commercial software window is not fixed, then 
the standalone window should follow it.  I don't have any ideas for 
that part.
