Hi Andre

I found go in the docs and used
on mouseUp
   go to stack test.rev
end mouseUp


Thsi is ok as long as it is in the same folder but in a subfolder "bits" it 
wont open.
I tried modifying your URL suggestion
  go stack URL "file:/bits/test.rev" but the file wont open in the standalone.

I'll spend more time on it tomorrow.
