Bookmarks Don't Work in 2.5 Docs?

Just after I posted my comment about how useful bookmarks are in 2.5 
docs, I did some more work with them and found they just don't seem to 
work.

Try selecting a command, adding it to a new bookmark set, then poking 
around and adding a couple of other items to the bookmark. In my 
experience, new items randomly overwrite existing items, often ending 
up in a situation where I have two of the same entries where I should 
have had three different ones.

I bugzilla'd this as 2092.
