application could not be found ERROR

Hi,

I'm building a standalone. Running Rev 2.2.1.1 for OS9 on MacOSX machine 
(in Classic emulation).

I build a FAT distribution file. Rev says it is created successfully.

When I try to launch the file I get the error "The application WW1 could 
not be opened because WW1 could not be found." Tried running the same file 
from a PPC, got the same error (WW1 is the name of my file).

Any ideas?
