Windows MIDI conversion question -- UDI's SMF

I read those articles.

I have NO Windows PC,
And I don't understand how QT works on Windows
PC.
I think that my code is right, but I can't
inspect it.

Because makeSMF makes a SMF file once 
(is certainly 'make-SMF'),
I understand that there is an issue of
performance.

It works on my machine *comparatively* smoothly,
but don't know a performance on Windows.
