Drag Files to Windows Desktop from Revolution

Is there any way to determine where the user puts a file when they drag it to the Windows Desktop?  I checked dragDestination() and that only reports what objects are dropped onto Revolution elements.

What I want to be able to do is change the name of the file that is dropped.  Any ideas on how to do this?
