Cross platform fonts question

If Monte would add installation of the BitStream cross-platform fonts 
as an option to his installer, then we'd be one step closer to a 
solution.

And if RunRev would fix bug #1856, then RunRev could be the first 
cross-platform tool to have good cross-platform font support.
