Interesting, because you will see the 
"mediabox" tag in the pdf file with a
clearly defined size.

Not even after saving from the full version
of Acrobat!!! :-((

That's not good.
When a file is saved in Acrobat 5 it's
linearizated or optimized for fast 
web downloading.

If Reader 6.0 does not recognize linearized pdf,
then it means that Acrobat 5 it's not modifying
the pdf after saving it.

I'll revert to use the template of version 01
to see if this solves the problem.
