Actually, I think it's not necessarily a function of the number of cards,
but the fact that you have "mark any card" which means Rev needs to generate
a randomly-picked card to mark and then mark it. If you always marked cards
1-1000 regardless of the number of total cards, you probably would see very
little difference in speed, IMHO.
