installing fonts

I used to just copy the .ttf files over to the user's font folder.  For 
many of my users, this worked just fine.  For others, when they 
restarted their systems, the fonts would no longer show up in their 
applications font menus.  The fonts would still be in their folders 
though.  I suppose a registry setting was needed.

To fix this, I use an installer (Install Creator from 
www.clickteam.com) to install the fonts.  Because I wanted to control 
this from a rev app, I put the installer created by IC into a custom 
property in my rev app.  My rev app spits out the installer, runs it, 
then deletes it when the install is done.  This works very well for me.

Most of the time, a restart is not needed.  Users will have to restart 
their apps for sure though for the fonts to be available.

I do the same thing here as I do with os 9.  Install them into their 
fonts folder.  Restarting is usually not needed.  Apps need to be 
restarted though.
