Actually, there isn't anything on the web site right now about CGIs. The 
recommendation I think you mean is inside my conference notes on CGIs. 
However -- I have spent the weekend writing up my notes and creating a 
CGI tutorial for my site. I hope to have it up and running within the 
next few days. I will make an announcement here when it is ready.
