XML lib under win95.

Hi,

I have read only one response to my urget problem of xml lib not working 
under win95, the mac version of my app work great now. It is important to me to 
find out if anyone else is having the same problems. Some of my market is win95 
and rr team claims to support win95 including libraries. Please, help me.
