Tried with the 2.2RC1 and 2.2. Rev engines in the Metacard IDE using 
WindowsXP: Loss of ";" verified if you copy between versions. This holds 
also when you paste into a field of the *other* version.

Pasting into a word processor document like WordPad does not loose the ";".
