cgi-engine does not run

yes I probably got some errors in the old log, but this package i 
installed uses different, new (better!) locations of its logs inside of 
"library/Apache2/"

ah yes I get the rest of the output into the terminal when pressing 
ctrl-D, very useful... but it still does not save :(
