revdocs wiki moved to new server -- address changes

The revdocs wiki has been unreliable of late -- freezing for no 
apparent reason.

I've moved it onto my main server, which should be more reliable, but 
that means that the location has changed. Anyone who has a reference to 
wiki.macitworks.com should change it to:

www.macitworks.com:8080

Sorry if this causes any inconvenience. Please let me know if you have 
any trouble getting to the server.
