Web host recommendations?

Located in El Paso, TX; run by a friend of mine. $7/month. One hop from 
the main Internet trunk coming through the city. Lots of package 
choices including (ugh!) .asp if you need it.

If you do sign up, please let me know. I don't get anything from it but
