In view of the reasonable argument for prior art the granting of the 
patent should be overturned. After that the lawsuit could fall apart on 
its own merit. Flimsy patents are over turned all the time. I just have 
to laugh that no one came forward for poor old Microsoft. After all it 
was a free IE that used heavy-handed tactics to give itself the 
upper-hand in the emerging browser war. Perhaps Netscape inventors will 
step up to save Internet Explorer after all this.
