you could build a qucik and dirty web server, and the player calling for the 
file as an http URL and the server (the same stack having the player, or a 
substack) serving the binary data from a variable or whatever.

Did anyone figure out if it was possible to set the filename of a player to
an imported file reference (as opposed to a disk resident file)?
