Send mouseUp doesn't work in Windows standalone

I didn't even know you could do this! This is awesome... although it
only serves to remove or add (with disable) the "(" from the beginning
of the line and not if it is not the first character, but it is a lot
less typing than:

if char 1 of line 3 of btn "file" is "(" then
  delete char 1 of line 3 of btn "file"
end if
