Revolution crashes on startup

Hi people

The past several days whenever I open revolution it opens the tips window and seems to crash!  The error window opens and flickers like the code is going in a loop.  Takes awhile to stop (clicking and bouncing around the window) and there is no guarentee it won't happen and does again when viewing the Documentation or ''Tutorials

Any idea what i can do to fix this,  How can i get into debug mode and find out what code is doing this
