Judging from the headers, the server went from Mailman 2.0.8 to Mailman 
2.1.1.  The current version is 2.1.3.

Even if this can integrate html mail into digests well, and even if 
each user even has transformation options for html, there may be policy 
reasons not to do this and there might be some practical communication 
reasons, too.  If curious, you might want to see what the capabilities 
are at www.list.org.
