Linux Engine: Problems on Red Hat server with CGI

OK, Alex, good call... we dug up an old (I mean *really* old -- built 
for Linux RH 6.2)  MC linux engine, and it works! No missing libraries 
on execute cgi.

But that certainly doesn't help with present day attempts, as you 
rightly point out.
