Tooltip for groups

As far a The group Tooltip goes:
	
	I would have the Tooltip set to 0 for either an invisible control 
behind or as a part of the group and then use the mouseLoc to SET the 
Tooltip for the 'where' it is needed and for that matter you could use 
the mouseLoc to set and show only the Tooltip for different objects in 
the group based upon the mouse's location.

Simple......
