If you have Adobe Photoshop - you might want to try a commercial 
Photoshop plug-in called "IconBuilder". It helps you put together (all 
within Photoshop) the data you need for both Mac AND Win icons. It is 
produced by the 'IconFactory': http://www.iconfactory.com/
