Grabbing another grc

If I'm not mistaken, "the mouseLoc" is a polling function so you could get
better performance using the params passed with the mouseMove message:

on mousemove x,y
  if not the uAllowDrag of me then exit mouseMove
  set the loc of grc "square" to x,y
end mousemove
