2.0 Annoyance: Window resize

Hmmmm......

So, I am right in the middle of my "next big thing" on RR
1.1.1 (mainly because the centralised properties 'box' is
more to my taste than that in RR 2) - when I open it in RR
2 the title page goes 'all funny', i.e. resizes, cutting
off half of the picture.  When I resize in the prop box,
save, quite, restart; the same phenomenon occurs>  So I
will stick with RR 1.1.1 until this one can be claered up.
