Size limitations of Rev

Hello!

Is there a size (length) limitation for elements of an array?  I 
remember seeing some messages here regarding limitations for lines in 
fields...(I believe it was 64KB).  I have a need to parse large files 
into 128KB chunks and I have to use arrays because it's binary data. 
 Actually, while I'm asking, what are all the limits...I can't seem to 
find them in the docs.  Thanks in advance for any help here!
