How to rotate a graphic

But if you say you can't rotate the text, then what do you mean by
simulating the effect?

I'm guessing you mean using an _image_ with text in it as part of the
picture, in which case the whole thing should rotate, but not text as a
property value, in this case, the name or label.

Is that what you mean?
