When Central was shown at FlashForward it was installed in a matter of 
seconds.  There is ActionScript avaiable that allows you to launch 
Central from a Flash movie embedded in a browser window.  When 
Macromedia did the demo the program prompted the person to install and 
installed pretty quickly.  Granted it was on a high speed connection on 
a fast computer but it was still really fast.
